  • Set-up: Rental options are available for large events in The Ballroom, as well as options for a more intimate setting with access to The Parlor, The Luxury Suite, The Great Room and The Courtyard

  • Days available: Mid-week daytime and evenings

  • Hours: 4 hours, 6 hours and 8 hour options (includes set-up and tear-down)

  • Package Includes:

    • 60” round tables (38), 30” high-top tables (12), 8’ banquet tables (12), 60” round sweetheart table (1)

    • 225 white chiavari chairs

    • Security if needed

    • Lounge furniture

    • LED lighting feature

    • In-house A/V system

  • Parking: Included upon availability. Our lots are located within close proximity of the mansion’s entrance.
