Parking: Included upon availability. Our lots are located within close proximity of the mansion’s entrance.
Rental Rate:
Saturday May - October: for a limited time*, $6,500 (was $8,500)
Saturday November - April: for a limited time*, $6,500 (was $7,500)
Friday Year Round: for a limited time*, $5,250 (was $6,250)
Sunday - Thursday Year-Round**: for a limited time*, $4,750 (was $5,250)
*Promotion rate valid for new bookings. Must be booked by June 30, 2025.
Rental rates reflect final rates. No additional fees or taxes. The earliest doors open is 9 am. All guests must be out at Midnight (12:30am for New Years Eve).
**Sunday - Thursday rental rate: Holidays and NYE are exceptions and will be charged as a Saturday rental rate.
