Parking: Included upon availability. Our lots are located within close proximity of the mansion’s entrance.
Rental Rate*:
Saturday May - October: $8,500
Saturday November - April: $7,500
Friday Year Round: $6,250
Sunday - Thursday Year Round: $5,250**
Rental rates reflect final rates. No additional fees or taxes.
*The earliest doors open is 9 am. All guests must be out at Midnight (12:30am for New Years Eve).
***Sunday - Thursday rental rate: Holidays and NYE are exceptions and will be charged as a Saturday rental rate.
